"The coat of arms of the City of Turin consists of a blue shield with a golden raging bull superimposed on it , with silver horns . The coat of arms is stamped (that is, surmounted) by a nine- pearl county crown , by virtue of an ancient privilege from 1619, unlike the majority of other Italian cities whose coat of arms is instead surmounted by the wall crown ."
