I personally don't know much about this bell beyond what's printed on the plaque below the bell itself. As you can see this bell has been painted silver, and I also didn't notice any casting marks on it.
The plaque reads "Radnor School Bell. 1915-1975. Erected by Beta Sigma Phi"
