Located just outside of downtown Columbus, this arena was opened in 2000. This arena has been the home of the Columbus Blue Jackets since its opening, and has housed the Columbus Destroyers since 2004. The arena frequently plays host to various concerts, professional bull riding, and of course monster trucks.
I visited this evening to attend a CBJ game verses the Dallas Stars. Unfortunately Columbus lost this game 3-0. I have frequently attended hockey matches at this arena since its opening.
