Close to Hyllie train station is Hyllie Terrass, one of Sweden's first climate-neutral office buildings. The building is 17,000 m2 spread over 12 floors.

Hyllie Terrass was designed by the architectural firm Cobe and built by Skanska Fastigheter Malmö. Construction began in 2020 and was completed in 2023.

"Hyllie Terrass is one of the first pilot projects for the construction industry's new (and strictest) sustainability certification: the Sweden Green Building Council's NollCO2 ("ZeroCO2") certification. Hyllie is an area around Mamö which has seen strong growth in recent years. New residences, shopping areas and companies are constantly being built and over 30,000 people now live there.
