Sally was the main character in the children's books written by American artist Stephen Huneck. The life size bronze statue of Sally depicts the Labrador Retriever seated on a rectangular granite base. Sally has her front legs upright and is wearing a collar.
A bronze plaque on the granite base is inscribed:
