The owner of a pancake house in Torun decided to adapt the menu to Polish traditions and preferences. So pancakes were created: with minced meat, sausage, cheese and herbs, with fruit, as well as Russian pancakes with cheese and potatoes.
The first premises were built at ul. Wysoka, next near the university on ul. Gagarin.
Here marked Manekin has a menu that is richer than previous restaurants; there are pancakes with shrimps, pancake lasagne, chicken soup with noodles made of pancake dough, pancakes with oscypek cheese, and various salads. The basic offer includes approximately 40 types of pancakes.
