This is the confluence of Vascão creek with Guadiana river, in southeast Portugal.

This confluence is easily accessible by walking as it's located right on the route of GR15, a long distance hiking route. It can also be reached by car but the access is not very obvious to whoever is not familiar with the area.
There is a great observation spot, slightly elevated, from where the coordinates and the pictures were taken. River Guadiana marks here the border with Spain.
