This webcam, located by a sea wall in Naha City, Japan (Okinawa), can be controlled on-line by anyone! My son and I stood on the wall while my wife viewed and captured the image from Hawaii. Nice view, and occasionally, you can watch jets take off from Naha Airport or small boats come and go through the ship channel. I recommend using a screen-capture program to snag the image. Enjoy!
