HQ of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, the only Polish scouting organization belonging to WOSM and WAGGGS.
The building designed by Antoni Jawornicki was built at the turn of the 1920s and 1930s for the YMCA association.
The building houses the Scouting Museum, the "4 Zywioly" (Four Elements) scout shop, several accommodation places for scout groups, as well as a restaurant and the Studio Buffo theater (restaurant and theater are not related to scouting).
The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association was established in 1918, after Poland gained independence, from the merger of various scouting organizations from the areas of the former Russian, Prussian (German) and Austrian partitions.
