In een gewone woonwijk hangt aan een huis een vleermuizenkast.
Achter deze twee onder één kap woningen is een langgerekt parkje met water en veel muggen, insecten maar ook kikkers. 's avonds vliegen hier vleermuizen rond.
Dat is waarschijnlijk de reden dat de mensen die hier wonen een vleermuiskast hebben opgehangen.
De kast is gepositioneerd aan de voorkant van het huis op de zuidkant tussen de twee ramen op de bovenverdieping net onder de dakgoot.

Behind these semi-detached houses is an elongated park with water and lots of mosquitoes, insects but also frogs. Bats fly around here in the evening.
That's probably why the people who live here put up a bat box.
The bat box is positioned at the front of the house on the south side between the two windows on the upper floor just below the gutter.
