The passage at the south-western end of the courtyard on Tyresö Slott leads to a balcony opening, which allows a wide view of the English garden and the landscape beyond. Two stone benches invite you to linger, the artfully forged grid fits well into the overall picture. The yellow colors of the walls create a cozy atmosphere.
The 45cm x 30cm oil painting was painted by the self-taught artist Ylva Kröling, who lives in Bromma and only became more intensively involved in painting in the 1990s. Starting with watercolors, she later turned to oil painting and then icon painting. Her pictures have been exhibited regionally several times.
