Just off the West Valley Highway in the small town of Pacific, Washington, there is a small memorial beside the Interurban Trail, honoring those Americans who were wounded and killed in the Gulf War (1990-1991), the Iraq War (2003-2021) and the Afghanistan War (2001-2021). A flagpole with an American flag is flanked by a single large boulder split into two pieces, one side remembering those who were killed and wounded in the Gulf and Iraq Wars, and the other remembering those who were killed and wounded in the Afghanistan War. Across from these are two metal benches donated by Precision Iron Works, with the logos of five branches of the military -- the Coast Guard, the US Army, the Marines, the Air Force, and the Navy -- cut into the backs of the benches. In between these is a section of brick pavers commemorating specific local military members who passed away in these conflicts.

To visit, park in the Interurban Trail parking lot just off 3rd Avenue SW in Pacific. The memorial space is at the northeast end of the parking lot.
