Areál pevných kontrol pro orientacní beh umožnuje široké verejnosti vyzkoušet si tento sport, jehož sloganem jsou slova Dobrodružství v prírode. V Belském lese je umísteno 25 kontrolních stanovišt v podobe dreveného kulu s cervenobílým ctvercem a kleštemi. Každý zájemce se muže lesem projít nebo probehnout se speciální mapou pro orientacní beh v merítku 1:10 000 a vyzkoušet si tak orientacní beh na vlastní kuži. Mapu naleznete na dvou startovních pozicích, nebo si ji mužete stáhnout v PDF formátu na odkazu uvedeném níže.

Permanent Orienteering Course in Brno allows the general public to try this sport, whose slogan is the word "adventure". In the "Belský woods" there are placed 25 checkpoints in the form of a wooden pole with a red square and pliers. Everybody can walk or run through the woods with a special orienteering map at a scale of 1:10 000 and try and orienteering on their own.
