Gamla Rådhuset, the Óld Town Hall, is a very distinctive building in Lidköbing. The building is located in the middle of a square, which actually becomes a kind of crossroads, and in addition to the height of the building, it is also the location that makes the building impressive.
The Old Town Hall was built in 1676 and according to history part of the building was originally a Hunting Lodge in a forest. At the end of the 16th century, the building was moved via the lake to Lidköbing where it was converted into a Town Hall.
