At the Viggen roadside resting ground, a Saab 37 Viggen is on display. It is 37072 SAAB Viggen AJ-37 Swedish Air Force.
At the rest area, there is a commemorative plaque about pilot Anders Linnér, 1950-2017, who came up with the idea for rest area Viggen. With the site's iconic Viggen aircraft, he wanted to show the great importance the Västgöta bases and the Skaraborg air force had for the Swedish air defense during the Cold War.
