The Protestant Church was built in 1781–82 by Hans Ulrich Haltiner. The interior is decorated in a Rococo style. The interior work was done in 1782, from the shop of Andreas and Peter Anton Mosbrugger.

The Church has an organ that was pruchased in 1888 with 1588 pipes and 26 registers. There are also 4 large bells that were cast by the Glocken Giesserei St. Gallen AG, Staad:
1. Men's bell Diameter 190cm Sound a.
2. Women's bell Diameter 159cm Sound c.
3. Vesper bell Diameter 125.5cm sound e.
4. Children's bell Diameter 105cm sound g.
The parish hall of the Evangelical Ref. Gais parish is located in the old fire depot and is connected to the rectory. In addition to a kitchen, it has two rooms, which are primarily used for teaching as well as internal events and meetings.
The lower room can also be rented by external people or clubs for smaller events, aperitifs or meetings."
