Located at the Erie Shores Council - Boy Scouts of America at Camp Miakonda, 5600 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623. The monument can found just west of the main parking lot in front of Jadel Leadership Center. The monument depicts a young scout in the uniform of yesteryear with the figure wearing shorts, hiking boots, high socks, a kerchief, and holding an Indiana Jones style hat in his right hand. While this is not an Eagle Scout project the dedication on the placard is to a single family of 4 such scouts:
