Wooden promenade along the 3 and a half kilometres of the beaches of this locality. It has places to stop, go down or up, contemplate the views...
It is an accessible beach.
"It is, without a doubt, one of the most striking images of Portuguese beaches, with its colorful “Palheiros”, current bathing houses painted with colorful and contrasting stripes. Costa Nova enchants for its charm, which reminds us of the second half of the 19th century, but also for the spectacular landscapes of the Ria and the oceanic sunsets.
Like Praia da Barra, the quality of the beach has been certified with the Blue Flag since 1989 and has also been “Accessible Beach, Beach for All” since 2002."
