Photos taken on 14 October 2023. According to the plaque, the specific type of Victorian architecture this building was constructed with is Queen Anne.
The plaque says, "JC. Turnbull built and briefly lived in this 1909 Oueen-Anne- styled home. It was later acquired by Jacob Grauer, a postmaster at Eburne. whose sons became public figures. The front facade features outstanding ornamentation, coloured glass windows, and a third-storey porch with uniquely curved walls. Notable interior details include fir wainscoting and a wood beamed coffered ceiling. The exterior, portions of the interior, and the ashlar granite retaining wall at the front property line were designated in 1996. Zoning relaxations enabled the restoration of the Grauer Residence, and the new development of the coach house and adjacent three -storey apartment buildings. designed by Michael Katz Architecture and constructed by Rallista Euterprises Inc."
