This is one of several flower topiaries on "Garden Island" Mainau (Blumen Insel Mainau) along the western shore of Lake Constance (Bodensee).
These topiaries look slightly different every year as the groundskeepers alter the flowers that they are made up of.
This design is of a fancy peacock.
