This advertising column has a metal base and top, painted in green paint and a translucent cylinder. There is also a cable to the top, so it might have light at night or rotate(?). The advertising column doesn't hold any posters, but a life size mannequin wearing a big, black dress and a white mask, looking through an empty frame. Above the mannequin is the name of the "A.P.Chekhov" Theater (in Cyrillic script) and the year 1934.
