ES: "Un trazado totalmente señalizado de 23 kilómetros que recorre los bosques de castaños y robles del municipio. Se trata de un recorrido exigente que alterna subidas cortas y duras con tramos de bajada muy técnicos. A pesar de no ser una ruta excesivamente larga, podemos catalogarla como dura por los tramos de subida y el tipo de firmes irregulares. Se encuentra dentro de la Reserva de la Biosfera Ribeira Sacra e Serras do Oribio e Courel y cuenta con elementos patrimoniales a tener en cuenta como es el Castillo de A Peroxa.

It is a demanding route that alternates short, hard climbs with very technical downhill sections. Despite not being an excessively long route, we can classify it as hard due to the uphill sections and the type of irregular surfaces. It is located within the Ribeira Sacra e Serras do Oribio e Courel Biosphere Reserve and has heritage elements to take into account such as the A Peroxa Castle.
