[EN] Lemland Church, i.e. St. Birgitta's Church, was probably built at the end of the 13th century. It replaced an earlier wooden church from the beginning of the 13th century. The tower was added around 1317 and its current upper part comes from the 1817 alterations. The bell tower is on church. It is almost entirely made of stone. Only the top is made of wood and has hatches that can be opened in four air directions. The bells are located in this wooden part of the tower. There is a cross at the top of the tower and above it a rooster-themed weathervane.
[FIN] Lemlandin kirkko, eli Pyhän Birgitan kirkko on rakennettu luultavasti 1200-luvun loppupuolella. Kellotorni on kirkossa kiinni.
