This museum is conveniently located literally across the street from the National Museum, so the visitor to the city will be able to visit both in the same occasion.
There is an outdoors area featuring several aircraft and light military equipment as well as some technical machinery. And then the indoors exhibit. It won't take much to visit. Eventually someone from the staff will start showing you around, but eventually their English is so poor that you will probably will do better on your own.
The building was constructed in December 2000 and the museum opened in July of 2005.
