It's dated back to 1662 with right-angle shape. The dial is divided into quarters from 6am to 6pm. The numbers are Roman. The headline says "FILIOLI, NOVISSIMA HORA! MDCLXII, which means in translation something like "Sons, (your) last hour". Coordinates are exact. No access limitations.
