In the "Parcul Valea Morilor" (Valley of the Mills Park), at the top of the
"Cascades Staircase", there is a white rotunda, which (together with the
staircase and many other elements of the park) was restored a few years ago. The
rotunda has 8 columns with Tuscan capitals. The round roof is decorated with a
beautiful frieze. Under the roof is a light fixture and above the roof is the
flag of the Republic of Moldova. Between the columns are railings, each
containing 5 small columns. It's a popular motif for photos and the view down
the Cascades Staircase to the lake is wonderful.
