Desde allí se puede ver la antigua fábrica de papel Bambú, reconvertido hoy en un conglomerado de varias fábricas. En esta plaza en altura, hay espacio para correr, sentarse, e incluso un pequeño parque. Allí se encuentra también la escultura dedicada a Francisca Cortés Richart, sacristana de esta iglesia durante 64 años, un oficio que ya heredó de su madre.

Francisca Cortés Richart ( La Alquería de Asnar , el Condado , 1924 - 25 de enero de 2015 ) fue la sacristana de la Alquería de Asnar desde principios de los años 50 .
Empieza a hacer de sacristana en 1950 , sustituyendo a su madre, que era quien llevaba a cabo esas ocupaciones en la iglesia de la localidad, estando en activo 65 años. En 2014 el ayuntamiento de la localidad le dedica un monumento y la hace hija predilecta.

Francisca Cortés Richart (La Alquería de Asnar, El Condado, 1924 - January 25, 2015) was the sacristan of the Alquería de Asnar since the early 50s.
He began to work as a sacristana in 1950, replacing his mother, who was the one who carried out these occupations in the local church, being active for 65 years. In 2014 the town council dedicated a monument to her and made her a favorite daughter.
