This clock is located inside the building at the port of Dakra, where you take the ferry from Dakar to Gorée.
It is round, has a black background and golden hands. It has no numbers, which are replaced by golden lines. It is very small.
It does not mark the time, nor does it seem to be in a hurry to do so.
