This labyrinth can be found on the south side of the Sint Servaaschurch in Maastricht. You can enther the church (I recommend it), but the labyrinth can be seen from outside (south side, next to the St Jans church).

About the labyrinth.
"The late 19th-century tiled floor shows a labyrinth starting in Maastricht (centre front), which leads via Aachen, Cologne, Rome and Constantinople (the four corners of the labyrinth) to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem (the center)."
