This sculpture called "flower of development" was created by artist Enrique Carbajal Gonzalez, "Sebastian" at the request of the National Tourism Fund (FONATUR) and was installed here in 2006.
For me it is a blue iron flower or star from which several stems or lines of emerging movement emerge.
It has a height of about four meters and it is in the middle
of the traffic circle of the FONATUR Park. There are more around the country.
