The memorial stone commemorates Iwar Lindeberg 1885-1926, the local population erected the stone by the main street in Hyltebruk in memory of when the manager saved the mill from bankruptcy in the 1920s. In 1925, he donated an area of land that the mill owned to the Hembygdsföreningens, which was able to build the first Hembygds park there.
