The upper part of the current bell/clock tower (the third) was designed and projected by the French architect Eugenio Joannon in 1912.
The 4-dial clock has Roman numerals unevenly divided into 4 groups of three. The numerals and hands are black on a white background. Unfortunately, the only close-up of the clock I took shows a crack in its protective glass.
