El campanario consta de 12 campanas.

"Torre campanario situada detrás del presbiterio, desviada del eje mayor de la nave. Construida en varias etapas, se iniciaron las obras en 1598 concluyéndose en 1601 hasta el cuerpo de campanas. En 1745 se inicia el quinto cuerpo, pero en 1748 un terremoto destruye parte del sexto cuerpo. En 1870 se restaura el antiguo reloj, y en 1890 se restaura el último cuerpo y se coloca el actual remate o farola de hierro fundido. destaca su altura de 65,81 m.
El templo tiene la condición de Bien de Interés Cultural. En consecuencia las intervenciones en las campanas deben ser comunicadas a la Dirección General de Cultura adjuntando el proyecto previamente al inicio de los trabajos.
Al pie del campanario hay dos inscripciones conmemorativas. En la primera, junto al escudo de Ontinyent pone: "EL DÍA 14 DE MARZO DEL AÑO 1689 / BAJO LA DIRECCIÓN / DE JOSEP PASQUAL, / MAESTRO DE VILLA DE ONTINYENT / FUERA EMPEZADA LA CONSTRUCCION / DE ESTA TORRE, / SEGÚN PROYECTO HECHO / POR EL HONORABLE PICAPEDRER / DE LA CIUDAD DE VALENCIA / GASPAR DIEZ. / EN LAS OBRAS INTERVENGUE / DE MANERA DISTINGUIDA ALBERT LLUCH / OTRO DE LOS MAESTRO DE VILLA. CARA VISTA / FUE PROYECTADO EN EL AÑO 1745 / POR EL MAESTRO DE OBRAS FRA J. ALBERT PINA, / RELIGIOS CARMELITA / Y FUE EJECUTOR VICENT INSA. / EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ONTINYENT / AL CUMPLIRSE EL III CENTENARIO EN EL AÑO 1991 "
Al lado, en otra menor, pone, en letras medio borradas, "ONTINYENT 7 DE OCTUBRE DE 1994 / AL CUMPLIRSE EL 750 ANIVERSARIO DE LA / INCORPORACIO DE ONTINYENT EN EL REINO DE VALENCIA / EL EXCELENTISISIM AYUNTAMIENTO D 'ONTINYENT / CON LA PRESENCIA DEL HONORABLE / PRESIDENTE DE LA GENERALITAT VALENCIANA, / EN JOAN LERMA Y BLASCO / MANDO COLOCAR ESTA INSCRIPCION / COMO TESTIMONIO DE HOMENAJE / AL REY JAUME I. / PARA PÚBLICA Y PARA PÚBLICA MEMORIA."

The bell tower consists of 12 bells.

"Bell tower located behind the presbytery, deviated from the main axis of the nave. Built in several stages, work began in 1598 and was completed in 1601 up to the bell body. In 1745 the fifth body began, but in 1748 an earthquake destroyed part of the sixth body. In 1870 the old clock was restored, and in 1890 the last body was restored and the current cast iron auction or lamppost was placed. Its height of 65.81 m stands out.
The temple has the status of Asset of Cultural Interest. Consequently, interventions in the bells must be communicated to the General Directorate of Culture, attaching the project prior to the start of the work.
At the foot of the bell tower there are two commemorative inscriptions.
