2 Royal Avenue was designed by W.J. as the headquarters of the Provincial Bank of Ireland. It has been converted by the Belfast City Council as an arts and entertainment venue. In keeping with its new role, an artistic neon address numeral 2 was installed in the second, lower level, window from the right. The unique number 2 is created with yellow, white, and pink neon lights. The neon sign has been incorporated into its logo.
