This is the view of so called "Roman part" of Cartagena as seen from the El Parque Torres, Cartagena.

El Parque Torres is perhaps the highest point in Cartagena. Remains of a tower and a park around it offers the panaromic view of the city including sea front. Looking to the North, you can see the remains of a Roman theatre, with a great view inside.

El Parque Torres can be easily reached by walk or by a lift dedicated for this purpose.

According to Internet, "Cartagena is a port city and naval base in the Murcia region of southeast Spain. Founded by the Carthaginians around 220 B.C., the city boomed during the Roman period. Among its many Roman ruins are a 1st-century B.C. theater and Casa de la Fortuna, a villa with murals and mosaics. The Muralla Púnica (Punic Wall) interpretation center houses the remains of a 3rd-century B.C. defensive wall".
