According to the name "Scettro" (Scepter) there are five of these on a round
basement. A metal plate on the basement informs us:

The Sceptres, designed for my solo room at the 1988 Venice Biennale,
are, in the context of my abstract and sign-like expressiveness, the
antennae of the future, and, at the same time, the tribal masks that rise
from a dark forest to soar triumphant and stand out on the horizon of the
"sea shores" of my dreams.
