The Second World War Memorial Swimming Pool (Aquatic Centre) has a series of seven white-painted tubular steel frames bolted to the oxided concrete pathway to the pool. The pool had just closed, and half an hour before I had seen the staff ushering patrons out, so there was no bikes left locked up.
