This small church of beautiful proportions has an ancient Romanesque origin, although today it has Baroque characteristics.

The facade breaks the sobriety or the building with a robust portal in which strong fluted pilasters flank the door. Above it, a niche keeps the new image or Santa Mariña donate not long ago. The set is surrounded by simple and beautiful geometric motifs. Above the semicircular pediment that crowns the portal a window opens, and further up stands the belfry with two bells and a clock.

The church has a single nave. The main altarpiece is neoclassical, but with baroque carvings. After being damaged in a fire it was restored in the mid-20th century. The lateral altarpieces are also neoclassical, one of which keeps an ancient image of San Roque highly venerated in the village. This image was brought from a nearby chapel than soon disappeared. The church also has works made and donates by the neighborhood.
