Popondetta Akihabara is a train model shop by selling train models, new and used ones.
This diorama, displayed at the 2nd floor of the shop, is not only displayed but also used for everyone to run his/her own train model.
You can bring your own N-gauge train model and experience to run on this diorama using shop's controller.
The fee to use the controller is;
- Experience on Weekdays: 400 JPY for 20 mins
- Experience on Sunday/Holidays: 500 JPY for 20 mins
- Weekdays: 400-450 JPY for an hour
- Sunday/Holidays: 700-800 JPY for an hour
If you want to run your own train model, prior reservation is highly recommended because sometime you need to wait more than one hour on weekend.
