This Caboose can be found in Amersfoort on the workshop grounds. Caboose is actually from a Dutch word "Kabuis", which is a description of a small room on a sailing ship used for the preparation of meals.

About the Dg serie / Caboose:
"DGs replaced a mixed bag of pre-war wagons. They hung at the back of freight trains and provided a workplace for the conductor, who arranged the wagon papers on the way. Angled mirrors allowed him to see past the train to keep an eye on things. The wagons were equipped with a writing table, a toilet and a coal stove. There was also a handbrake."
