The Gwangju–Daegu Expressway is also known as Expressway No. 12. This giant thirty-foot apple is part of the Geochang Service Area for expressway traffic heading west, in the direction of Gwangju. The building under the giant apple is home to the Geochang County Local Food Happyness Market. I was unable to visit the top of the apple observatory.
