Great view on top of Northcliff hill. The 2nd highest peak around Johannesburg.

Northcliff hill (also known as Aasvoëls Kop) is one of the best known hills around JHB. The peak is at 5928ft above sea level and is only 3ft lower than the highest point - Observatory Ridge. The ridge has rises over 200m from its base which gives great 360 views over the surrounding area.

Just below to the North is a very nice view of Cresta Shopping Centre looking further on you can see all the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. On the Eastern edge you will get a great view of town. On a clear day you can also see the Magaliesburg Mountains in the distance.
