The Loonse and Drunense Duinen are an inland dune area. It is a National Park and in the winter (when it snows) it transforms into a Winter Wonderland, great for many things including sledding on one of the many dunes.

About the Loonse and Drunense Duinen.

"De Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park is one of the largest shifting sand areas in Western Europe, located in North Brabant. All those sand dunes make it look like a desert. It is therefore also called the Brabant Sahara. In addition to sand, you will find forest and heathland, so there is a sufficiently varied landscape to stroll through."
