Central Park West, a new luxury residential development being built in Irvine, California. The towers give away the locations of the twin 15 story towers that will contain 240 residences. But that is not all. In addition to the two towers, the Central Park West village will contain 7 other residental enclaves. Each of these areas will contain a different style of living residences; flats, lofts and townhomes.

Serving the residents of Central Park West will be a mixture of parks, walking trails and retail stores. The centerpiece of the complex will be the Central Park with "The Club", a 8500 square foot multi-purpose area with a spa-like atmosphere. A place that can be used for gatherings or relaxing.

Built on the old Parker Hannifin site, many of the trees were removed so building could begin. When ready, some of the 30 plus year old trees will be re-planted preserving some of the natural feel of the area.
