EN: The Susten Vitaparcours is located in the northeast corner of the Pfynwald, one of the largest continuous pine forests in the Alps and a protected nature park.
The course begins not far from the bridge over the Illgraben, which separates the village of Susten from the forest.
The trail is 2.6 kilometers long and contains 15 stations, each of which describes several exercises that train either agility, strength or endurance.
The course is number 433 in the Zurich Vitaparcours directory.
DE: Der Vitaparcours von Susten befindet sich in der nrdöstlichen Ecke des Pfynwaldes, einem der grössten zusammenhängenden Föhrenwälder der Alpen und einem geschützten Naturpark.
Der Parcours beginnt unweit der Brücke über den Illgraben, der das Dorf Susten vom Wald trennt.
Die Strecke ist 2.6 Kilometer lang und enthält 15 Stationen, die jeweils mehrere Übungen beschreiben, die entweder Beweglichkeit, Kraft oder Ausdauer trainieren.
