This unoccupied building has a history dating back to the 1840's. It started as part of a mill house and has been used as a maternity hospital with its last use as the highly regarded Fishers Ghost Restaurant. It is next to the site where Fred Fisher's ghost appeared.
The restaurant had a great reputation for good food and high quality service but a fire in 2005 lead to the closure of the restaurant.
Despite being next to the local McDonalds, the building is not occupied and has been secured behind a tall fence for many years.
