Het Universitair Sportcentrum is een sportgelegenheid waar je lessen kunt volgen of op eigen gelegenheid kan sporten. Het sportcentrum hoort bij de universiteit maar is ook voor niet-studenten een voordelige plek om te sporten.
Er kunnen maar liefst 109 verschillende sporten worden beoefend zowel binnen als buiten.
Buiten kun je onder andere voetballen, boulderen, hardlopen, hordelopen en fitness beoefenen.
Voetbal
Geen sport houdt de gemoederen meer bezig dan voetbal. Ook op het RSC is voetbal van oudsher één van de meest populaire sporten. Er wordt gespeeld op kunstgras.
Cursus AB en BC
Voetbal wordt als cursus aangeboden. Niveau AB is voor beginners, niveau BC voor gevorderden. Het RSC organiseert tevens een interne competitie voetbal. Schrijf je in via de website of via de RSC app.
Vrij spelen
Het is ook mogelijk om vrij te spelen. Als minimaal de helft van het totale aantal deelnemers een sportkaart heeft, is het reserveren van accommodatie voor de sportkaarthouders gratis. Het is mogelijk om niet-kaarthouders te introduceren. Zij kunnen met een los kaartje of via eenstrippenkaart meespelen. Als minder dan de helft van het totale aantal deelnemers een sportkaart heeft, is er sprake van verhuur. In dat geval gelden voor de hele groep de verhuurtarieven. Houd er rekening mee dat de beschikbaarheid van de accommodatie beperkt kan zijn vanwege cursussen en andere activiteiten. Kijk hier voor meer informatie over het reserveren van accommodatie."

"Interne competitie
Sportkaarthouders kunnen in teamverband deelnemen aan door het RSC georganiseerde interne competities veldvoetbal. Binnen de interne competitie zijn er twee periodes: de eerste vanaf september t/m december en de tweede vanaf maart t/m juni. Het inschrijfgeld bedraagt €25,- per team van minimaal 10 personen.
Afhankelijk van het aantal aanmeldingen wordt er een aantal poules geformeerd. We proberen ieder team 1 maal per week te laten spelen. Er wordt gespeeld op een half voetbalveld. Aan het einde van de periode zal afhankelijk van het aantal poules een finale week georganiseerd worden. Bij onvoldoende belangstelling kan het RSC besluiten de betreffende competitie niet door te laten gaan; het inschrijfgeld wordt dan gerestitueerd."

The University Sports Center is a sports facility where you can take lessons or exercise on your own. The sports center is part of the university, but is also an affordable place for non-students to exercise.
No fewer than 109 different sports can be practiced, both indoors and outdoors.

Free play
It is also possible to play freely. If at least half of the total number of participants has a sports card, the reservation of accommodation for the sports card holders is free. It is possible to introduce non-cardholders. They can play with a single ticket or via a strip card. If less than half of the total number of participants has a sports card, it is a matter of rental. "Internal competition
Sports card holders can participate as a team in internal field football competitions organized by the RSC. Within the internal competition there are two periods: the first from September to December and the second from March to June. The registration fee is €25 per team of at least 10 people.
Depending on the number of registrations, a number of groups will be formed. We try to have each team play once a week. The game is played on half a football field. Depending on the number of groups, a final week will be organized at the end of the period. If there is insufficient interest, the RSC can decide not to let the competition in question take place; the registration fee will then be refunded."
