[FIN] Uusitalon tila on vuonna 1917 perustettu ja edelleen saman suvun hallussa. Tila on maitotilana tunnettu. Siellä on nettisivujen mukaan 65 lehmää, joista tuotetaan luomumaitoa. Tilalla on myös myymälä.

Uusitalon navetta on tullut tutuksi ja siellä olen vieraillut jopa silloin kun lehmä poikii. Navetta on hyvin moderni ja sen yhteydessä on pieni siilo rehulle. Navetan toimintaan on päässyt yleisö tutustumaan erilaisten tapahtumien yhteydessä. Tämä on harvinaista, alueen muilla maatiloilla ei ole ollut tällaista toimintaa. Navetassa on erikoisuutena kello, jota on tapana soittaa kun halutaan kutsua lehmät laitumelta. Nykyään tuo kello on lähinnä koriste, mutta onnistutko löytämään sen?

[EN] The Uusitalo farm was founded in 1917 and is still owned by the same family. The farm is known as a dairy farm. According to the website, there are 65 cows that produce organic milk. The farm also has a shop.

I have become familiar with the Uusitalo barn and I have visited it even when the cow calves. The barn is very modern and connected to it is a small silo for feed. The public has been able to get to know the daily operation of the barn in connection with various events. This is rare, other farms in the area have not had this kind of activity. The barn has a special feature of the bell, which is usually played when you want to call the cows from the pasture. Today that bell is mostly a decoration, -but can you find it?
