Tranås district Hätte is located about 4km east of the city center and is located directly on Lake Sommen. According to the tourist information, one of the most beautiful beaches on the lake is located here, so that the people of the region like to stay here during the warm summer months. The area known as Hättebaden was developed for tourism as early as the 1960s with a marina, a restaurant, a campsite and other bathing facilities.

The bandshell is located almost directly next to the restaurant and the marina in a 900 square meter lawn area. In the summer months between mid-June and early September, concerts by local artists take place here in addition to the Midsommarfest and Allsång (a sing-along concert).

The three wooden walls arranged at 45° angles delimit a rectangular base area made of concrete of about 8m by 10m at the back. The triangular roof surfaces rise from around 2.5m at the rear to around 7.5m at the front. Removable bars are designed to provide additional protection against falling when not in use. Unfortunately, due to the lack of a sign, it was not possible to determine who constructed the nameless band shell and when it was set up.
Check here if the structure has a roof (required for posting): yes

Check here if the structure is enclosed or mostly enclosed on three sides (required for posting): yes
