[ES] Esta rosaleda fue inaugurada en mayo de 1973 con el nombre "Rosaleda Dr. López Rosat" en homenaje al alcalde que en aquellos momentos estaba al frente de la corporación municipal.
En 2021 se cambió su nombre, en base a la ley de Memoria Histórica, por estar relacionado con una dictadura. El actual, “Rosaleda de Pedro J. Salvador Palomo”, tiene el nombre de uno de los técnicos más importantes del Ayuntamiento de Valencia, el responsable del primer plan verde de la ciudad.

[EN] This rose garden was inaugurated in May 1973 with the name "Rosaleda Dr. López Rosat" in homage to the mayor who at that time was in charge of the municipal corporation.
In 2021 it changed its name, based on the Historical Memory Law, for being related to a dictatorship. The current one, "Rosaleda de Pedro J. Salvador Palomo", has the name of one of the most important technicians of the Valencia City Council, the person in charge of the first green plan of the city.
